Charlotte has completed 450 hours of yoga teacher training in San Francisco, California in teaching methodology, anatomy, physiology and philosophy.

Charlotte teaches private, group classes, and leads retreats for women in addition to weekly classes at Bella Prana Yoga & Meditation Studio which was named the best yoga studio in Tampa four years in a row (2014-2018).

Charlotte’s approach is to gently guide students to connect breath to movement and find freedom in their postures through props and correct alignment. Yoga classes begin and end with restorative poses that nourish the parasympathetic nervous system and enable deep relaxation and release. Charlotte’s classes are filled with poses to strengthen and flush the circulatory, digestive, and lymphatic systems, build immunity, and peel away the layers . Her classes are designed for everyone and everybody- you will leave recharged and replenished- mind, body, and spirit.

“My work is my passion and I love being a part of my clients, my family, and my friends journey towards vibrant health and happiness.”

As a nutritionist, Charlotte has studied over 100 dietary theories with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Her teachers include Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; and many other innovative researchers and doctors.

Above all else, Charlotte believes food is medicine: We are absolutely what we eat. She empowers her clients to help them make gradual changes in their lives and in their diets. She often provides support for the whole family by encouraging this change to begin in their own kitchens. Charlotte believes food should be sourced and cooked with love and integrity, and she encourages her clients to get organized in the kitchen and cook simply with organic whole foods.
